Jólaávaxtakaka með viskíi

Þessi uppskrift er fengin af ástralskri heimasíðu og hvetur áhugafólk um bakstur sko aldeilis til dáða!

You need:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 large brown eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
Lemon juice
Nuts
1 bottle of whisky

Method:
Sample the whisky to check for quality.

Take a large bowl. Check whisky again – just to be sure it’s the highest quality.

Turn on the electric mixer, beat one cup butter in a large bowl until fluffy. Add one teaspoon of sugar and beat again. Make sure the whisky is still ok.

Tune up the mixer. Beat two eggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit. Mix on the turner. If the dried fruit gets stuck in the beaters, pry it loose with a screwdriver. Sample the whisky again to check it hasn’t turned.

Next, sift two cups of salt. Now sift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table spoon of sugar. Grease the oven tray. Turn the cake tin to 350 degrees. Don’t forget to turn off the beater.

Check the whisky again and go to bed!
